Registration fee for additional representative(s)

Dear registrants to the PIC/S Committee meeting,

In line with the PIC/S Financial Rules (PS/W 1/2004 (Rev. 7)), Committee meetings taking place in Geneva (Switzerland) are financed under the annual budget and entitle each Contributing Authority to be represented by one representative.

Any additional representative(s) can attend subject to the payment of a registration fee. The registration fee for any additional representative(s) is CHF 200 p.p. (the fee is CHF 400 p.p. for Partner Organisations).

Please find below all information with regards to the payment of the registration fee for any additional representative(s), which amounts to:

  • PIC/S Member, Applicant or Pre-Applicant contributing to the annual budget through payment of the annual fee: CHF 200 per additional participant.
  • Partner Organisation or non-Member not contributing to the annual budget through the payment of the annual fee: CHF 400 per additional participant.

You have the possibility of settling the registration fee either:


1. by credit card: with Paypal

 

  • PIC/S Member, Applicant or Pre-Applicant contributing to the annual budget through payment of the annual fee: CHF 200 per additional participant.
